| CHARACTERISTICS |
This automatic machine
is applied for sharpening and fixing card
clothings over the raising rollers, The
winding of card clothing onto raising roller,
the re-sharpening of used card clothing,
and the inter ˇVacting of card clothings,
all these three manipulations can be accomplished
from the same one machine, so to enhance
utility efficiency, and make overhead costs
down.
Through an automatic counting system, and
a speed adjusting system via frequency-inversion,
the sharpening manipulation can be accurately
completed, so to lengthen the life of card
clothing in use, and ensure a stable raising
quality.
